Free to use with credit on all social media platforms: YouTube (videos, Shorts, livestreams, monetized too), TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, X and the rest. Livestreams are fine.
The one thing not to do
Neither the music nor remixes, samples or covers of it may be uploaded to music streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music, because that causes false Content ID claims.
